Any session you schedule (be it your free consultation, a regular session and/or an emergency session), can be canceled or rescheduled with no fees, as long as you make the change or cancellation 24 hours prior to your session.

If you change or cancel your session with less than 24 hours in advance, your appointment will have to be paid even if you can no longer take it. In the case of the free consultation, if you cancel or change it with less than 24 hours, you will no longer be able to schedule a new consultation for free.
